The Nokomis Theater Then and Now

The Nokomis Theatre opened in 1917, was operated by Finkelatein & Rubin Theatres, later by Publix and then Minnesota Amusement Co. closed in 1951. Later converted to an auto body shop. The Nokomis Theater is currently being renovated for the Chicago Avenue Fire Arts Center.
