The Hampshire Arms Hotel

In 1985, the good old Hampshire Arms Hotel was demolished. It was followed that year by the Builder’s Exchange building at 609 2nd Avenue South and the one story building where Peter’s Grill served up tasty things on 9th and Marquette. The lots filled up with parking cars a couple moths later.
