TO PRESENT TO MUNICIPALITY
The Selby tunnel St. Paul is finished. Saturday at 2 0’clock will occur the official presentation of the tunnel to the city of St. Paul and the acceptance of the same by the municipality. The Twin City Rapid Transit officials will leave Minneapolis at 12:45, and in company with tho officials of the Capital City will make a thorough inspection of the tunnel before presenting it to the city. From 2 0’clock until 10 0’clock the tunnel will be Illuminated. in order that those desiring may inspect it. At 10 o’clock the tunnel will be turned over to the company and traffic through it will begin.
