South a block ground is being cleared for the new home of the Minnesota club and across the street from that. facing Fourth street and the park. the new St. Paul Public Library and Hill library will stand. A block north is the Saint Paul hotel. The Wilder Charity building is in excellent company and it is as handsome as any of its neighbors.
